Outside these weeks the rent is determined according to an individual offer. However, the minimum rent is 7,000 DKK + compulsory cleaning 1,400 DKK. The house is closed from week 43, 2023 – week 13, 2024.

All prices are inclusive Danish VAT, electricity, water and heating.

Rental Terms

Day of arrival: Sunday at 3.00 p.m.

Departure: Sunday at 10.00 a.m.

A deposit of 30% has to be paid within a week after the booking. The remaining payment must be paid within 40 days before arrival. For bookings made less than a month before arrival the rent has to be paid in full at the booking.

Compulsory cleaning – 1,400 DKK. Waste has to be thrown into the waste container outdoor, refrigerator + freezer emptied, and bottles placed next to the waste container outdoor.

Sheets and towels are not included in the rent. Sheets can be rented for DKK 500 per person per week.

Pets are not allowed.

It is a non-smoking apartment.

The tenants are usually responsible for oversight of the leased both loose and fixed furniture and are liable to the owner for damage to this. A signed lease can not be terminated no later than 40 days before arrival date. In case of later cancellation the total rent is due if the apartment cannot be re-rented.
